The Top Hat is a limited time cosmetic skin with the added ability to double the gold received through Treasures.
Release
- Released in patch 7.0 and was available from the Cosmetics Vendor in Freeports and discontinued on 1/1/2019 and can no longer be purchased.
- Removed from the game as part of the 100.1 server wipe.
Usage
The skin is account bound and is not lost on death and can be applied to a hat item 10 times
