You can buy Heavy Cyclops Helmet Skin in Freeport or Merchant Ship with Gold Coin.
First, you need to fight Cyclops to defeat and receive Cyclops Token. After that, you can buy the skin you want.
You can use the armor skin when you pressing i to access your inventory and per drag and drop 
above your armory.
