Lucky loader is a feat placed above your item hotbar. Keys to access are by default F1-F10
Usage
On activation it reloads the gun in roughly 5 seconds. No QTE required.
Drains 80 stamina on activation.
Once done reloading the feat is placed on a 30 second cooldown if intelligence is at 100% (starting amount)
