Lucky loader is a feat placed above your item hotbar. Keys to access are by default F1-F10
Usage
Can be used with any firearm
On activation it reloads the firearm rapidly. No QTE required.
Drains 80 stamina on activation.
Once done reloading the feat is placed on a 30 second cooldown if intelligence is at 100% (starting amount)
