Grog is a consumable item/food in ATLAS. It can be crafted at the Water Barrel.
Usage
Provides Vitamin B, hypothermal insulation, increases outgoing damage and reduces incoming damage.
To craft Grog, your pathfinder will need the skill Stout Liver (in the Piracy tree), a Water Barrel, Waterskins and Sugar. While the recipe as listed in game says that water is required, it is not; you only need one Waterskin and five Sugar for each Grog you wish to produce.
Change made with game v207.7: "Crafting that requires 'water' as a resource will now consume 100 water, rather than the entire container". Needs testing. Update: Tested and it still eats waterskins and water jars. Jagid3 (talk) 12:59, 7 June 2019 (UTC)
Note: If your Water Barrel has water in it, crafting Grog will slowly use it up, but you can continue to craft even after the water has been depleted.
Only two Grog can be queued up at a time, so crafting is time consuming. Using and reloading materials into four Water Barrels will allow you to keep busy the whole time while waiting for them to finish crafting.
Pirates love Grog; Bears do too. Both get the buffs when they consume it.
